This project developed high voltage solid-state circuit breakers for future hybrid aircraft applications. The H2LSPC SSPCs have following characteristics:
Be able to +/- 1.25kV, 100A DC current
SiC MOSFET technology, 3.3kV, 300A SiC Power Module
TVS ad RC snubber circuit to suppress voltage transients
Temperature sensor within the module
